How to use this page
Four phases, one rule: every item is cheap in its own phase and expensive in the next one. Print it, run it per shipment, and adapt it to your cargo type.
- Each phase table ends with the guide links that explain the why behind the items.
- Items marked with the PPJK tag are the ones our team runs for you; the rest are yours as the buyer.
- Nothing here replaces the rules in force — the checklist is the discipline, not the law.
Phase 1: BEFORE SHIPPING
Everything here happens between the PO and the container closing. This is where money is saved or committed.

Phase 2: BEFORE ARRIVAL
The vessel is at sea for 9–14 days — that is free administrative time, and it is where fast importers win.

Phase 3: AT DECLARATION
The PIB goes in; the quality of phases 1–2 decides what happens next.

Phase 4: AFTER RELEASE
The shipment is not over at SPPB. Three things still decide whether it was profitable.
