The two ends are affiliated companies under one group, each independently licensed, incorporated, contracting and declaring in its own name — neither ever clears customs under the other's permit. Use the Chinese entity for the China leg's contracts and export documents, and PT SHOULDER for the Indonesia leg's contracts and import documents. On the ocean B/L, the shipper and consignee follow the details provided by the customer, while the notify party is always PT SHOULDER INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS.
