China HS Code → Indonesia Import Restriction Check

In short: Enter a Chinese 8-digit HS code or name to check Indonesian Lartas licences, duty (BM), VAT (PPN), PPh and ACFTA/RCEP rates. Verified entries show BTKI codes.

The same goods carry two different codes and two different rulebooks. Enter a China code, an Indonesian BTKI code or a product name and see the Indonesian side: which permits apply, what duty is due, and whether a FORM E can cut it.

Data boundary (please note)
  • This tool draws on two layers: the locally verified library (INSW results from real past shipments and issued deliverables) plus a cloud live-check library (continuously backfilled INSW rates and mappings, re-checked daily). Neither covers every Indonesian tariff line.
  • Official Indonesian data must be checked live. 🟡 entries carry only a China code and a product name — the Indonesian code, rates and permit conditions are all unchecked. A blank field means “not verified”, not “none”. One click submits it for verification.
  • Indonesia restricts some industrial goods with import licences and quotas, and the rules keep changing — confirm against our pre-shipment check.
  • The landed-tax figure is an estimate: computed from the CIF value and FX rate you enter, with PPN already converted to its effective rate (11%) under the 11/12 basis of PMK 131/2024. The amount actually payable is whatever CEISA 4.0 computes for the shipment.
  • Permits marked ⚠ Conditional (e.g. PI / LS for “used / non-new capital goods”) apply only in specific cases — importing brand-new equipment usually does not require them. Judge against your actual goods, or submit for review if unsure.
