Cargo and container
Measure the outer packed size in cm. If cartons sit on pallets, include the pallet in the dimensions.

Internal dimensions and payload are generic industry references. The container CSC plate and the carrier's weight limit prevail.
How to use the result
- Start with the container count — it decides FCL vs LCL. One container is worth thousands of dollars, so it is worth calculating first.
- Then the utilisation — below 55% by volume usually means the stacking can be improved, or LCL is worth considering.
- Finally the door dimensions — if any side exceeds door width or height, it will not go in.
- Results are theoretical and exclude pallets, dunnage, handling gaps and stacking error. Allow 5–10% margin in practice.
